Director of Operations

Mr. Jimmy Dalcourt, Bravura’s Director of Operations, is an experienced and driven U.S. Army Veteran (Former Army Officer) with over 20 years of experience in program management, logistics, security, Chemical/Biological/Radiological/Nuclear/Explosives (CBRNE), and business development within the DoD environment. He has managed multiple programs, both CONUS and OCONUS, to include contracts valued at over $750 million.

He has served as Bravura’s Director of Operations and a Program Manager since January 2014. In support of the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) program, he managed all operations for more than 30 CONUS and OCONUS locations worldwide. He was responsible for managing a $500M budget and more than 300 personnel. He currently oversees Bravura’s support of the AT&T FirstNet One contract, part of a $10B effort to provide augmented communications and networking capabilities to first responders for U.S.-based disaster relief. As Director of Operations, Mr. Dalcourt plans and schedules all project goals, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. He develops processes and policies as the foundational framework for defense contracting within the organization and supports Bravura’s ISO 9001:2015 certification process. Additionally, he identifies new opportunities and assists with team development, proposed staffing, cost structure, schedule, resource allocation, response writing, review, and post response/contract transition activities.
