To deliver training, Bravura relies on the well-known “Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate”, or “ADDIE”, process. We adhere to all TRADOC 350-70 standards to guide curriculum development, training execution, and performance evaluations. We have training developers and writers on staff to support the upkeep and maintenance of training curricula and assets and the development of new training materials. We have expertise supporting creation of curriculum, training scheduling, and course and training materials, including, but not limited to, course training standards, instructional plans, synopses, lesson plans, tests, audio-visual materials, and student study materials.

Our training expertise has been demonstrated in support of the Army and our commercial clients. We managed the U.S. Army’s training center at Yuma Proving Ground for the PSS-T program, training hundreds of operators to U.S. Army standards throughout the life of the program. We have continued to support our Customers in the development and administration of specialized training, improving training courses and providing certified master trainers to support program personnel.
