OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) is the General Services Administration’s (GSA’s) flagship governmentwide, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for complex, non-IT professional services. Designed as a Best-in-Class (BIC) solution, OASIS+ enables federal agencies to procure integrated, multi-disciplinary services through a streamlined, pre-competed contracting platform.
Structured as a suite of contract pools, including small business and socioeconomic set-aside categories, OASIS+ provides broad access to highly qualified industry partners across 13 distinct service domains, such as management and advisory, technical and engineering, research and development, logistics, intelligence, and financial services.
OASIS+ simplifies acquisition while expanding the range of services available to government customers. Agencies can rapidly issue and compete task orders among pre-qualified contractors, supporting mission-critical requirements across the full lifecycle, from advisory and analysis to implementation and sustainment, while maintaining flexibility in contract types and delivery models.
