Role: Project Manager
Location: Aberdeen, MD / Remote (Travel required up to 1 week per month)
Education/Certifications: BS/BA (may substitute 3+ years’ additional experience); PMP preferred
Years of Experience: 5+ years (3+ years’ leadership experience)
Clearance Level & Investigation: Tier 3 or equivalent (ADP/IT-II)
IT Level (AR 25-2): IT-II or NACLC
IA Cert Level (DoD 8570.01): IAM Level II
Computing Environment Certifications: Relevant certification from nationally recognized authority (preferred)
Job Description:
- Serve as project manager and assist government PM in working with Government KO, government SMEs, and customer agency representatives.
- Under guidance of government PM, responsible for overall management of contract and ensuring technical solutions and schedules implemented in timely manner.
Required Experience:
- Must have 5+ years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility (public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting fields).
- Preference for managing IT system efforts within federal government environment.
Required Education / Certifications:
- BS/BA or 3 additional years of related experience.
- DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II
- Preferred: Program Management certification (i.e. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
- Preferred: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
Required Clearance:
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
