Program Manager (PM)

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee IT services contract to provide Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Telecommunications, Video Teleconference (VTC), Cyber Security, Logistics Support, Graphics, Photographical, Help Desk Support, and Audio-Visual Support services.
  • Manage team of personnel that provide technical oversight for approximately 120 VTC suites in the NCR and in Customer’s COOP sites, approximately 700 Laptops, 70 remotely managed Virtual Servers, approximately 15 Switches, 1 Router, and additional miscellaneous infrastructure equipment.
  • Responsible for performance of work under contract; use full authority to act on behalf of Bravura on all contract matters relating to daily operations.
  • Provide IT project management capabilities to develop plans, facilitate, coordinate, track, forecast/project, assess, and report on status of multiple installation, upgrade, and other IT projects within Customer organization.
  • Provide a monthly report the 5th work day of the following month, which includes, at a minimum: Number of Service Tickets logged for the month prior; number of active, resolved, cancelled tickets; summary of actions required by the government; summary of events as it relates to software/hardware for all locations; status of the network (SIPR/NIPR); significant events in logistics; summary of actions completed for graphics; number of meetings attended with meeting notes/summaries, status of telecommunications; any telecom issues with descriptions of actions taken and/or resolution.
  • Support quality control measures to ensure compliance with Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
  • Create and submit all contract deliverables IAW Government-provided schedule.
  • Oversee all personnel requirements for on-site staff, including hiring, terminations, training, maintenance of clearances, and more.
  • Provide contract updates to Bravura leadership and work with Bravura and Government to resolve.
  • Support internal Program Management Reviews and Business Management Reviews to discuss status of contract with Bravura leadership.

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years of combined technical and project management experiences in IT field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience in an IT help desk centric environment.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in information technology that include wide range of areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems and office productivity software, computer networking – Local Area Network (LAN) / Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.
  • Experience with troubleshooting in Army 365/Office 365 environment – including but not limited to Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Outlook/Exchange Online, and other Microsoft office applications.
  • 1+ years of Experience in DoD IT purchasing procedures such as Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waivers etc.
  • Past technical and managerial experiences can be overlapped or combined.
