Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
  • Performs assessment process support and data collection.
  • Performs analytical exploitation of assessment data.
  • Must hold a B.A. or B.S. degree in any field or major.
  • Must have 3 to 10 years of general work experience in any field or industry.
  • Must hold a current, active Top-Secret clearance and have ability to obtain/maintain a TS SCI / TS SCI Caveats for duration of program.
  • Must be a current legal citizen of the United States.
  • Requires a Palantir Foundry Data Engineer certification.

Responsibilities:

Mission Assurance Assessment Support:

  • Provide Mission Assurance assessment support services to enable Customer to plan, coordinate, augment, analyze, & manage assessments conducted; provide assessment-related activities as supporting capability.
  • Perform assessment process support, data collection and stewardship, analytical exploitation of assessment data, & integration of assessment outputs with Mission Analysis, Critical Asset Identification, and Risk Management activities.

Assessment Data Collection and Stewardship

  • Support robust, structured collection, management, & stewardship of assessment data to enable enterprise-level analysis and reuse.
  • Collect, structure, & manage data from assessments, including observations, findings, dependencies, vulnerabilities, & mitigation recommendations.
  • Support collection & management of dependency mapping data generated during assessments & ensure alignment with mission mapping / critical asset data.
  • Support data ingestion & management of Assessment Reports & related stakeholder reports.
  • Ensure assessment data is structured, tagged, & traceable to missions, capabilities, systems, & assets consistent with data governance requirements.
  • Maintain data quality, version control, & traceability of assessment data across assessment cycles.

Mission Assurance Risk Management, Monitoring, & Reporting

  • Provide risk management, monitoring, and reporting support to enable Customer to coordinate, monitor, and communicate risks to mission execution.
  • Manage, coordinate, analyze, & operationalize risk information in support of AF, Joint, and DoW decision-making.
  • Enable Government risk program managers & analysts to manage enterprise risk data, coordinate risk response actions, support directed execution activities & provide decision-ready risk information to senior leaders and capability providers.

Mission Assurance Risk Data Stewardship and Enterprise Integration

  • Support Customer in role as steward for Mission Assurance risk management data.
  • Collect, structure, manage, & maintain risk data derived from mission analysis, critical capability identification, assessments, & other authorized stakeholder inputs.
  • Ensure risk data is governed, version-controlled, quality-controlled, & traceable to missions, capabilities, assets, dependencies, threat / hazard inputs, & assessment sources.
  • Integrate risk data with Government-designated systems, enterprise data environments, & data repositories.
  • Support interoperability & alignment of risk data with Joint & DoW data standards, taxonomies, & reporting requirements.
  • Support controlled sharing & dissemination of data, including risk, threat and hazard, asset, dependency, & mitigation information, to authorized enterprise stakeholders with validated need to know.
  • Support analytical workflow enablement & sustainment of role-appropriate M data views, dashboards, & decision-support products for enterprise stakeholders, including but not limited to enterprise leadership; MAJCOM leadership / staffs; & Installation / Wing leadership & stakeholders.
  • Support integration of data with other enterprise & installation-level decision-support tools / products to inform readiness, resilience, & operational decision-making.

Mission Assurance Data Platform Enablement & Analytical Support:

  • Provide data platform enablement & analytical support to ensure data, models, & analytical products developed are usable, scalable, maintainable, & decision relevant.
  • Provide cross-cutting data workflow, analytics, & platform utilization support; execute data activities in direct support of mission analysis, assessment, risk management, monitoring, & governance activities.
  • Use Government-directed enterprise data platforms and services.
  • Support business process workflows executed for planning, coordination, governance, & decision-making; enable, sustain, & improve related workflow processes, coordination activities, & knowledge management practices implemented within Government-directed enterprise data platforms.
  • Support management / execution of Mission Assurance data projects within Government-directed enterprise data platforms; support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, & scaling of data products, analytics, & workflows that enable Mission Assurance execution across enterprise, including workflows supporting coordination, governance cycles, reporting, task tracking, & internal business processes.
  • Perform data platform support within t enterprise data platform environment; requires proficiency in utilizing enterprise data platform capabilities to support analytics, automation, & decision support, consistent with capabilities available to other enterprise data platform users.

Mission Assurance Data Stewardship and Process Support

  • Support stewardship of data, models, & analytical processes on behalf of Customer.
  • Act as stewards of data products, analytical models, & workflows developed in support of contract.
  • Support mapping & alignment of enterprise data sources made available through Government-directed platforms to data models / analytical frameworks.
  • Support data quality checks, validation, & consistency reviews to ensure reliability of data products.
  • Support documentation of data models, workflows, analytical methods, & data governance practices.
  • Support training, user support, & knowledge transfer related to data workflows / analytical products.
  • Support technical interface & coordination with data stakeholders across AF, DAF, Joint, & DoW communities.
  • Support analysis of data requirements, data models, & analytical dependencies across stakeholders to improve interoperability / data reuse.
  • Facilitate technical discussions & working sessions with data stakeholders to align data structures, analytical approaches, and use of enterprise data platforms.
  • Support governance of workflows / analytical processes to ensure data products remain aligned with objectives & approved architectural direction.
