Qualifications:
The Mid-Level Intelligence Sharing Specialist requires the following minimum skills and expertise:
- 4+ years demonstrated experience providing data integration support in form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, & data discovery.
- 4+ years demonstrated experience leading team & managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings & presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft & maintain documentation (e.g., SOPs) & ability to produce reports incorporating text & graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Requires minimum 8 years’ experience related to specific labor category with portion of experience within last 2 years; demonstrated experience in intelligence discipline working in DoD or IC within last 2 years.

Responsibilities:
- Identify theater ground intelligence access, data ingestion, production, dissemination gaps, & facilitation delivery of solutions.
- Identify data sets & data sources used by theater ground analysts; assist analysts in identifying relevant intelligence message traffic & identify gaps.
- Engage with DoD, IC, & foreign partner customers to socialize capabilities, services, & enterprise solutions.
- Promote use of access & entitlements management applications; teach best practices for gaining approval of mission needs profiles.
- Assist customers with integrating services into intelligence process by demonstrating capabilities & providing value-added recommendations.
- Deliver intelligence training solutions.
- Acquire daily intelligence reporting & conduct periodic research to identify or obtain access to new reporting sources.
- Participate in all in-person or VTC data & knowledge management meetings / working groups.
- Participate in operational planning events that incorporate intelligence architecture to provide information sharing.
- Provide enterprise data management support by enhancing available data environment.
- Document internal/external intelligence information management & data integration best practices/strategies.
- Document intelligence data flows to inform intelligence data architecture.
- Explore resources & use new or existing tools to create & modify data feeds to deliver ingestible data format & widespread dissemination.
- Manage authoritative databases to troubleshoot & enable data exchange, including integration, collation, fusion, & data discovery support.
- Apply analytic tradecraft & techniques to generate insights from data.
- Provide data management solutions through services & software as needed.
- Leverage data science framework to recommend solutions that drive data transformation & analysis.
