Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
  • Performs Senior Staff Officer (SSO) Support.
  • Serves as Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist and supports analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across an enterprise.
  • Utilizes enterprise data platform capabilities to support analytics, automation, and decisions.
  • Supports configuration and use of Government-directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation.
  • Serves as Senior Staff Officer (SSO) Support; provides office workflow support to HAF offices, inclusive of SSO administration, coordination, support for meetings, and facilitation of Video Teleconferences (VTCs).
  • Must hold a B.A. or B.S. degree in any field or major.
  • Must have 3 to 10 years of general work experience in any field or industry.
  • Must hold a current, active Top-Secret clearance and have ability to obtain/maintain a TS SCI / TS SCI Caveats for duration of program.
  • Must be a current legal citizen of the United States.
  • Must hold Security Plus (Sec+) and Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certifications at the Basic level.

Responsibilities:

Mission Assurance Risk Management, Monitoring, & Reporting:

  • Provide risk management, monitoring, and reporting support to enable Customer to coordinate, monitor, and communicate risks to mission execution.
  • Manage, coordinate, analyze, & operationalize risk information in support of AF, Joint, and DoW decision-making.
  • Enable Government risk program managers & analysts to manage enterprise risk data, coordinate risk response actions, support directed execution activities & provide decision-ready risk information to senior leaders and capability providers.

Mission Assurance Risk Monitoring and Continuous Oversight Support

  • Support ongoing monitoring of risks & associated mitigation actions to enable sustained situational awareness / leadership decision-making.
  • Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, & refinement of risk monitoring products, dashboards, indicators, & analytic views.
  • Support tracking of mitigation actions, milestones, responsible organizations, & implementation status for MAJCOM-owned / installation-owned response actions.
  • Support longitudinal analysis of risk trends, mitigation effectiveness, & changes in mission dependencies, operating conditions, or threat environments.
  • Support incorporation of near-real-time, event-driven, or operational data sources to enhance risk awareness & monitoring.
  • Integrate with advanced Government-directed operational, intelligence, or analytical systems to enable awareness in dynamic or contested operating environments.

Mission Assurance Data Platform Enablement and Analytical Support:

  • Provide data platform enablement & analytical support to ensure data, models, & analytical products developed are usable, scalable, maintainable, & decision relevant.
  • Provide cross-cutting data workflow, analytics, & platform utilization support; execute data activities in direct support of mission analysis, assessment, risk management, monitoring, & governance activities.
  • Use Government-directed enterprise data platforms and services.
  • Support business process workflows executed for planning, coordination, governance, & decision-making; enable, sustain, & improve related workflow processes, coordination activities, & knowledge management practices implemented within Government-directed enterprise data platforms.
  • Support management / execution of Mission Assurance data projects within Government-directed enterprise data platforms; support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, & scaling of data products, analytics, & workflows that enable Mission Assurance execution across enterprise, including workflows supporting coordination, governance cycles, reporting, task tracking, & internal business processes.
  • Perform data platform support within t enterprise data platform environment; requires proficiency in utilizing enterprise data platform capabilities to support analytics, automation, & decision support, consistent with capabilities available to other enterprise data platform users.

Mission Assurance Data Platform Enablement and Sustainment Support

  • Support enablement & sustainment of data workflows, analytical products, & decision-support artifacts within Government-directed enterprise data platforms.
  • Support implementation, sustainment, & scaling of data workflows, analytical models, & decision-support tools developed by Mission Analysts / Mission Assurance personnel.
  • Support alignment of data workflows with evolving processes, governance requirements, & decision-support needs.
  • Support configuration & use of Government-directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, & automation.
  • Support management of related data projects within Government-directed enterprise data platforms.

Mission Assurance Workflow Enablement, Sustainment, and Automation

  • Support enablement, sustainment, & continuous improvement of analytical workflows, process automation, & general office workflow support, with focus on process execution, data governance, & office administration.
  • Support implementation & sustainment of analytical workflows that support mission analysis, assessment support, risk management, monitoring, & governance activities.
  • Support configuration, refinement, & documentation of process workflows to ensure consistency, repeatability, & traceability.
  • Support automation of analytical, coordination, & reporting steps within workflows to reduce manual effort & improve timeliness, accuracy, & transparency.
  • Support alignment of workflows with approved policy, governance processes, & decision-making forums.
  • Support lifecycle management of workflows, including version control, documentation, & transition of updated workflows into sustained operations.
  • Support data governance practices associated with workflows, including data lineage, stewardship responsibilities, & quality checks.
  • Provide direct office workflow support to Customer offices, including but not limited to SSO administration, coordination & support for meetings, facilitation of Video Teleconferences (VTC) up to Top Secret (TS) level, & other workflow duties as required to ensure mission success.
  • Perform workflow enablement & automation activities using capabilities available within Government-directed enterprise data platforms.
