The Site-Leads provides “On-Site” supervision, in coordination with the PM, coordinates work schedules, resolves minor issues, and completes the administrative tasks associated with this PWS. The Site-Lead must possess decision authority during the absence of the PM. Site Lead activities serve as additional duty to Instructor/Writer responsibility. Maintains full authority to act for Bravura on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract, in conjunction with the PM. As an Instructor/Writer, provides resident and mobile instruction in support of DoDD 8140/8570 Cyber Security training requirements and develops, updates, and maintains courseware to ensure alignment with current Army and DoD standards. This position delivers classroom and virtual instruction, supports lab and classroom operations, and assists with curriculum revision, test development, and training material preparation. The Instructor/Writer ensures compliance with certification requirements, maintains subject matter expertise, and supports mission readiness across all designated performance locations.
Qualifications:
The Site Lead – Instructor/Writer must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a final SECRET security clearance at contract start date and throughout the period of performance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Requires Instructor qualifications: Must possess Instructor Training Course (ITC) or Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CFD-IC). Certification must be less than five (5) years old.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience (within the preceding 6 years) instructing Information Assurance (IA) / Cyber Security (CS) courses or working directly in the IA career field.
- Must maintain required DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification(s) appropriate to course(s) instructed.
- Must be proficient in virtual training platforms and classroom control software.
- Requires familiarity with ATRRS, LMS, DTMS, SharePoint, and Army training management systems.
- Must possess skills and knowledge of office automation and training support functions, including word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, preparation of correspondence and reports, maintaining training and historical records, managing reference materials, establishing and maintaining functional files, performing basic PC configuration and troubleshooting, and utilizing knowledge management systems such as SharePoint, ATRRS, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Requires valid passport for Mobile Training Team (MTT) support.
- Must possess and maintain at least one active certification set from the following:
- ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- CompTIA CASP+
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA A+
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) OR Computer Network Defense Infrastructure Support (CND-IS) OR Computer Network Defense Incident Responder (CND-IR) OR Computer Network Defense Auditor (CND-AU)
- 3yrs Experience IA Policy Writing

Responsibilities:
The Site Lead – Instructor Writer will perform the following responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Deliver resident and mobile IA/CS instruction in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POI).
- Provide instruction in courses such as CISSP, CASP, Security+, Network+, A+, CEH, CISM, and other IA/CS-related courses as required.
- Maintain Instructor-to-Student ratio of 1:20 in accordance with TRADOC-approved POIs.
- Develop, revise, and maintain IA/CS courseware, lesson plans, student materials, and performance-based testing products.
- Review POIs and lesson plans quarterly and recommend updates based on emerging technology and mission requirements (CDRL #A002).
- Develop new tests and curriculum materials when assigned curriculum development efforts.
- Collect, analyze, and incorporate student and customer feedback to improve instruction and courseware.
- Maintain classroom security procedures and protect controlled and sensitive testing materials.
- Manage lab and classroom equipment accountability and report deficiencies to the COR.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and testing documentation in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-18.
- Provide meeting/conference notes to the COR within required timelines (CDRL #A005).
- Support both fixed-site and Mobile Training Team operations as required
