Dr. Craig Malozzi, DBA

Director of Business Operations

Dr. Craig Malozzi, DBA, is an experienced leader and former Army Officer who served in the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Infantry Division, and Military Intelligence Readiness Command. Upon leaving active duty and entering the Army Reserves, he worked as a project management consultant in the private sector for both DoD contractors and the commercial construction industry. He has over 15 years of experience in program management, operations, finance, public policy, and business development within the DoD environment.

Craig has served as Bravura’s Director of Business Operations since December 2022 and previously held positions as Project Lead and Program Manager within the Operations and Program Management Office (PMO) departments. He has helped secure and stand-up multiple programs at Bravura, including the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) program, AT&T FirstNet Tethered Aerial Platform Field and Flight Operations program, and multiple IT managed services programs under the ITES-3S contract vehicle. His focus as the Director of Business Operations is people-centric, and he is committed to finding opportunities for improvement across the organization. Overseeing the supporting functions of the business, he looks to connect the back-end support group to the functional arms of the business to drive efficiency, communication, and revenue.

Born in Easton, Pennsylvania, Craig holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Liberty University and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Financial Management from Northcentral University. Additionally, he holds multiple industry certifications, including Business Analytics from Harvard Business School, Project Management Professional from Syracuse University, and Contracting Officer Representative from the U.S. Army Logistics University.

Craig currently resides just north of Richmond, VA with his spouse Dr. Stephanie Malozzi, PhD, son Logan Malozzi, and three dogs. Stephanie is a staff psychologist within the PTSD and Substance Abuse clinics at the Richmond Veteran Affairs Medical Campus and the Chief of Behavioral Health for the Virginia Army National Guard. Logan is a baseball enthusiast, dog lover and comic book illustrator. During their time off from work and elementary school you will find them either at a baseball field, basketball court, relaxing with friends, or volunteering within the local veteran community.
