Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (desired); IAM Level III

Years of Experience: 6+ years ADP, ERP experience

Clearance Level & Investigation: Secret / T3

IA Cert Level (DoD 8570.01): IAM III

General duties include: Coordinate and support services to organizations. Manage services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. Implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. Acquire, distribute, and store supplies, dispose of surplus property or oversee disposal of unclaimed property. Coordinate physical workplace with people and work of organization.

Qualifications:

  • Six (6) years professional experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, Waypoints Learning Management System, Total Workforce Management Services, Human Resources Port, and online reservations.
  • Works independently, may supervise/manage junior Information Management specialist(s).
  • Designated as IAM III level with a T3.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is desired but not required.
  • Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Support establishing and implementing comprehensive data architecture, design and engineering of consolidated and consistent data management solutions, development and deployment of data integration analytics solutions, and design and development of end-user data visualization capabilities.
  • Provide lifecycle support of software, applications, endpoints, and cybersecurity artifacts; requires analysis, design, development, deployment and user support, and operations and maintenance of ISs, business applications, and supporting integrating capabilities; includes products such as Data Warehouse, business applications, visualizations, documentation, and supporting integrating capabilities such as interfaces to standard systems and special analyses and studies related to IT, IM, and IS capabilities.
  • Required to work during non-Prime hours, outside of normal business hours, in support of certain maintenance and operational system requirements such as scheduled software version releases and data loads.
