General Duties include: Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to Government. Define nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing operations. Develop solutions to problems. Prepare and solve mathematical models. Report findings and recommendations to Government. Help implement recommended solutions.
Qualifications:
- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to developing and maintaining documentation and/or data management systems.
- Qualifying experience in Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Designated as IAM III level with T3.
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field desired but not required.
- Must possess experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Significant experience required in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Active Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of data management solutions, data integration analytics solutions, and end-user data visualization capabilities.
- Develop technical documentation prepared IAW all applicable Government standards, including physical database tables, on-line queries, standardized reports, data extract and population routines, ad-hoc capabilities, and modifications to existing operating system software and system files or scripts.
- Define nature and extent of problems.
- Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to Government.
