Qualifications:
The Senior Systems Analyst (Key) must have the following minimum qualifications:
- Six (6) years professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
- Qualified experience in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect.
- Required to be designated as IAT III level with T3.
- Lead systems analyst / network engineer who can also program, or a software engineer who can also manage networks
- Oversee creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance, including sophisticated systems that run on web.
- Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices.
- Manage development cycle associated with producing resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Must consider details like cost, schedules, and social issues that may be associated with project.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Systems Analyst (Key) will perform the following tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Provide expertise and support for design, deployment, and operation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities along with associated processes, hardware, and software assets.
- Provide support for integrating, enabling, and employing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, developers, operations and security personnel to build enterprise architecture for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Provide expertise and support for documenting, optimizing, automating business and IT processes and integrating them with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.
- Design, implement, and support Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for IT operations to provide capabilities such as but not limited to analyzing large amounts of data from different sources, detecting and resolve issues in real-time, and predicting and preventing future incidents before they occur.
