Qualifications:

The Senior NEN Analyst (Key) must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Six (6) years professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering.
  • Provide daily analytical and program management support to senior level executives.
  • Responsible for overseeing event preparation and correspondence support for key industry events, supporting change/transformation efforts (i.e., Gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, situational reports, etc.) for large programs, and coordinating responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management.
  • Provide statistical (descriptive) analysis as required and ad hoc reporting to senior officials as required.
  • Lead small and medium sized projects as required.

Responsibilities:

The Senior NEN Analyst (Key) will perform the following tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Provide special project management and oversight; perform account and service management which consists of but is not limited to managing Nautilus accounts and services; creation, modification, and tracking accounts.
  • Coordinate and maintain NEN site documentation utilizing Enterprise Tool(s) (e.g., NET).
  • Perform scheduling of endpoint deployment, managing status of deployed seats, and tracking equipment shipped, requisition, and invoice, and shipping document.
  • Coordinate NEN assets and use enterprise tool for IMAC requests, ordering services, and Task Order management; provide training on use of NEN tools and procedures.
  • Perform file storage coordination including permission and administrator roles for implementation and management of share drives.
  • Develop and maintain work areas from current NEN to future NEN solutions, including identification of new requirements, analyses of NEN solutions against requirements, review and analysis of documentation, development of policies and procedures throughout transition, and coordination of efforts between Government and future service providers.
  • Develop procedures and perform data migration per request during seat replacement. Assist users with NEN Scientific and Technical seats’ trouble calls.
  • Provide tier 0 and tier 1 seat support to troubleshoot and assist NEN users with unresolved issues.
  • Generate monthly technical department report to Business Office.
  • Maintain and update NET database for assets.
  • Enter orders in NET, submit orders for approval, request additional funding for NET orders, and initiate requests for delivery.
  • Evaluate new NEN offerings and provide recommendations on offerings to meet user requirements.
  • Support development and maintenance of SOPs for all NET processes.
  • Support seat orders and deployment, seat pools, peripheral inventories, seat moves/adds/changes, seat coordination, printers and print queues, day-to-day troubleshooting, and other similar tasks.
  • Provide functions of Cryptographic Log On Trusted Agent (TA) for purpose of issuing SIPRNet Tokens.
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance to users, NEN users, via advocacy role, with escalation of complex problems to NEN Helpdesk, other Government support teams, or both.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and automated tools by which data calls and information consolidation is performed and completed for NEN.
