Job Description:
- Provide support for facilitation of command Multi-Functional Training Program (MFTP), as assigned by COR or DGR.
- Develop training programs to support system education and training as needed.
- Develop syllabus and schedule that allows students to attend maximum number of courses in their functional area.
- Responsible to administer and facilitate, develop, and oversee training needed to support MFTP to include site selection, dates, and welcome letter (coordinating instructions).
- Identify functional training courses that support both Division Headquarters and related units and improving readiness of USAR units.
- Engage system of record SMEs to provide hands-on training utilizing approved Program of Instruction (POI).
- Communicate with operational and functional commands to inform of dates, locations, and courses available to attend; coordinate with KMO to keep COR or DGR informed on status of training courses.
- Provide core training incorporating training on database systems of record (CSMM, MPDV, G-Army, RLAS, Vantage, Microsoft Applications, etc.) and any other training that allows students to take learned skills and improve readiness of their organizations.
- Use internal assets, DoD agency specialists, qualified reservists, and other contractors to administer subject specific training as required.
- Assist in coordination, planning, execution, and tracking of training to be reported in monthly Contractor Performance Report.
- Must be prepared to travel to additional training sites to coordinate classroom space, ARNET access, logistics, and execution of training as needed; may require up to 25% travel or TDY.
