The Senior Business Administrator requires the following minimum skills and expertise:
- Must demonstrate experience and understanding in the following areas:
- Comprehensive mission knowledge & skills that affirm completion of all developmental training/experiences for labor category.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting & range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, & intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight & direction.
- Ability to collaborate & work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, & addressing analytic disputes/conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, & comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Provide guidance in selecting, designing, & applying analytic methodologies.
- Uses argument evaluation & validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience related to specific labor category with portion of experience within last 2 years (desired); 7+ years demonstrated experience in intelligence discipline working in DoD or IC within last 2 years (desired).

- Additional special qualifications include:
- Supports process improvement by conducting analysis using internal program/external benchmark data.
- Determines areas of risk & improvement by developing / refining / monitoring metrics to create identification of/justification for improvements.
- Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, & usage of services/products.
- Performs record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization & production activities (e.g., visualization requests, product formatting, & dissemination) captured within relevant database.
- Performs ad hoc & recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligence–related activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, & process improvement analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage organizational task management system (such as Enterprise Task Management Software (ETMS2)) on all networks & provide weekly status updates on status / due outs; prepare responses to external taskers.
- Track technical issues impacting intelligence operations by monitoring ticketing system & engaging with personnel.
- Produce ad hoc graphical representations of data/metrics of existing applications & services.
- Create & maintain dashboards for data visualization & storytelling of various transactions; assist in organizing metrics data into visual models to highlight actionable trends & enable effective decision-making for data management, customer engagement, & resourcing.
- Provide ad hoc & scheduled custom visualizations based on specific requirements (e.g., for briefings, partner and stakeholder engagements visits, or visitors).
- Provide knowledge management solutions to maintain broad knowledge-centric & sharing environment.
- Assist aligning processes & technologies to enable internal information sharing & business operations, internal workflows, & activities.
- Identify manual or automated workflows; create or plan workflow or process solutions with stakeholders.
- Use centralized & peripheral databases, content management, or records management systems; shape workflow & processes.
- Maintain centralized knowledge base containing SOPs, TTPs, internal guides, & references.
