Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Serves as lead analyst supporting key segments of work performed on project.
· Controls and manages work efforts of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks.
Qualifications:
· Must have 10+ years’ experience developing system design requirements for training resource applications used to support decision-making at HQDA.
· Must have thorough knowledge, experience and skill using project applications (cTRM / BLTM / cITRM / cATRM / cMRM).
· Must have user knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), a bachelor’s degree, and requires COMPO specific Army experience.
· Must be functionally familiar with Army doctrine, Army and Reserve component acronyms.
Specifically, the ARNG / USAR Task Leader / Man-Day Analyst must have:
· 10+ years’ experience with ARNG / Army Reserve training resource management.
· Demonstrated working knowledge of and successful experience working with HQDA-level PPBE process.
· Knowledgeable and direct experience with AT-IDT training policies, ARNG force structure, and relationship of NGB and state and territories.
· Knowledgeable and direct experience with AT-IDT training policies and USAR force structure.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze large data files and maintain quality control.
· Man-day Resource Analyst 5+ years’ experience with ability with knowledge of costing of RC man-days.
