Qualifications:
- Must possess experience programming in JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, SQL, REST API, PowerShell, CSS, and ASPX.
- Requires experience with Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Azure/Entra application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
- Ability to analyze and document Stored Procedures, written complex SQL queries, and analysis of SQL data is desired.
- Requires working knowledge in analysis and design of out-of-the-box enhancements and deployments of Government-approved systems, and delivery of web-based applications.
- Requires Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field from accredited university; relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Role may require up to 25% travel or TDY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise of combining project coordination and systems analysis to support and align DoD Enterprise, USARC, and Division infrastructure and infostructure technology goals.
- Manage integration of new components into existing architecture and provide technical analysis.
- Provide analysis of best practices to properly identify emerging items that are responsibility of division or enterprise.
- Prepare detailed specifications for program development, analyzing and revising existing system logic, and creating comprehensive documentation.
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects, prepare and deliver status reports, and resolve administrative issues, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within team.
- Provide additional analysis of best practices where improvements could be made to enterprise and provide reports for such to reduce duplication of efforts.
- Assist and participate in working groups, including but not limited to; design requirements, configuration, quality assurance, integration, training, operations and sustainment (O&S), audit compliance, and development of related documentation.
