Quality Control (QC) Manager

Remote within Customer region (WI, MI, OH, IN, IL, MO, IA, MN, NE, KS, ND, SD, CO, WY, UT, MT, ID, OR, or WA)

Education/Certifications: Quality-related professional certification (desired)

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of QC experience.

Clearance Level & Investigation: NACI; U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall management of Quality Control Plan (QCP) and maintains authority to act in all QC matters for Bravura.
  • Serves as central QC POC for Government; authorized to act on behalf of Bravura for all matters relating to program.
  • May be hands-on and hold collateral duties in performance of contract; however, QCM duties remain priority when conflicts arise.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess, at a minimum, working computer knowledge, have skills to utilize and navigate Internet, and have skills to utilize Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to write memos, use e-mail, and develop and use spreadsheets.
  • Requires minimum of 3 years of documented experience in QC management.
  • Must have ability to operate independently and make timely decisions to effectively manage effective QC Program.
  • Requires ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
  • Must be highly skilled in verbal and written communications to conduct professional meetings, execute plans, and issue memorandums of instruction.
  • Role may require up to 25% travel or TDY.
