Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years documented experience directing or managing multi-functional organizations (Army Reserve or equivalent private sector); minimum 2 years documented experience in financial management.

Qualifications:
- Position requires 24/7 availability via dedicated or cell phone communications, unless alternate coverage identified.
- Authorized to act on behalf of Bravura for all matters relating to contract execution.
- May be hands-on and hold collateral duties in performance of contract; however, PM duties remain priority when conflicts arise.
- Must possess, at a minimum, working computer knowledge, skills to utilize and navigate Internet, and skills to utilize Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to write memos, use e-mail, and develop and use spreadsheets.
- Requires minimum of 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector experience.
- Must be familiar with IT activities as well as experience in IT management, contract management, and building systems.
- Requires ability to operate independently and make timely decisions to effectively manage contract, on-site operations, and geographically dispersed locations.
- Must have ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
- Requires minimum 2 years of documented experience in financial management.
- PM must be highly skilled in verbal and written communications i to professionally conduct meetings, execute plans, and issue memorandums of instruction.
- Role may require up to 25% travel or TDY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide contract management consistent with Bravura’s Management Plan.
- Conduct operations with clear focus on safety, security, energy conservation, and environmental stewardship of all resources.
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of annual training plan that identifies method and schedule to fulfill all required training and certifications for contract employees per Government policies and regulations; provide annual updates to COR.
- Orient newly assigned Contractor personnel prior to commencement of work.
- Work independently & consistently; maintain necessary controls to meet all deadlines.
- Assist Customer in cradle to grave management and technical aspects of assigned projects, using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards.
- Report status updates to Government in monthly Contract Performance Reports.
- Provide technical support and suggest improvements to Government on current practices of project management and execution.
- Prepare reports and formulate recommendations for review by COR.
- Provide monthly efficiency reports in documentation control process to COR via e-mail; report any discrepancies, irregularities, or notes of interest to COR during review of documents.
- Oversee administrative and office automation technical support, including meeting attendance, document control and management, maintaining calendars and schedules, answering telephone calls, maintaining office equipment and supply inventories, writing memorandums, maintaining policies and regulations, producing electronic presentations, preparing charts, creating and manipulating electronic spreadsheets, and answering e-mails related to official business.
- Review both incoming and outgoing correspondence, papers, instructions, regulations, and directives.
- Complete actions of assigned tasks by COR within specified timelines; follow up on actions assigned to ensure deadlines are met on weekly basis.
- Assist in performing actions & taskings in G6; responsible for handling day-to-day operational issues and activities involved as well as future operational activities.
- Develop products and provide operations support to G6 related to Coordinating Staff activities as well as higher headquarters (HQ).
- Actively provide review and analyze current process and products to make recommendations to COR for improvements while adhering to current regulations within current data configuration.
- Assist divisions and leadership by aggregating required information in required format for final review and approval prior to submission; manage and review actions for completeness, timeliness, format, and content.
- Keep abreast of new and revised policies, procedures, regulations, directives, and legislations; provide recommendations on need to develop and issue policy plans and instructions for proper integration and implementation with focus on horizontal and vertical connectivity and communication with G6 section when completing taskings as assigned.
- Support routine operational actions, taskings, functions, special projects and special plans and programs assigned to G6 as designated by COR or DGR: prepare studies, reports, , white papers, create briefings, prepare answers for taskers as assigned by COR or DGR for final approval and submission; utilize computer systems and software to input, obtain, and download data for purpose of tracking, clarifying, and enhancing information during processes of researching, analyzing, evaluating and preparing studies, reports, PowerPoint slides, spreadsheets, statements, white papers, or draft policies.
- Work closely with COR or DGR to reaffirm priorities on at least a weekly basis.
- Meet with COR or DGR to keep everyone informed on projects as requested; prepare briefings, studies, and analysis reports as requested from COR or DGR.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required by COR or DGR, including weekly staff meetings, project meetings or similar.
