Job Description:
- Provide process management services for all staffing functions related to tracking, monitoring, or delegating actions to meet reporting responsibilities, monitoring of organizational requirements or efforts, including, but are not limited to:
- Tracking assignment and close-out of taskers/actions generated internally or from external sources to ensure tasker suspense are achieved
- Maintaining data stores, files, archives, and repositories to support staff
- Managing formal requests for staffing
- Drafting planning documents to facilitate operations and implementation of guidance
- Drafting policy documents to improve business processes
- Routing information to higher headquarters, internal staff, and subordinate organizations.
- Processing, routing, and tracking documentation staffing and approval
- Attending meetings and facilitating strategic engagements with external stakeholders
- Coordinating with key partner organizations
- Processing, tracking, and disseminating reports
- Supporting deployed personnel
- Assisting with high visibility visits
- Generating, reviewing, and editing correspondence IAW AR 25-50
- Coordinating travel planning and post travel documentation
- Administration and executive level support services
- Provide support services related to refining or tracking actions to efficiently operate, including, but not limited to:
- Tracking special duty and ad hoc actions
- Coordinating facilities management
- Submitting of work orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services
- Supporting internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems
- Preparing documentation to support equipment/supply purchases and management
- Assisting with security functions (e.g., personnel, physical, and operational)
- Participating in recurring meetings
- Submitting requests or tickets for service
- Writing and updating scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness
- Assisting with assessments for organizational moves
- Participating in IPTs and coordination meetings
- Attending and assisting Government in high level meetings
- Coordinating and aligning meetings
- Preparing meeting minutes
- Developing materials or present training for professional development
- Support theater sponsored meetings, operational information, and data, including incident reports, site configuration and status, field directives, and recommend operational solutions and improvements, and ensure operational issues are tracked and resolved quickly.
- Report to Government during a daily call and email regarding the current combat posture and priorities, system activities and site configurations, as well as any new theater directives or policies and provide recommendations to support U.S. Force’s requirements.
- Assist the Government and military operational units as they develop, and process theater required documentation packages to obtain materials and resources for site preparation, crew support, and site protection.
- Assist Customer in arranging Government housing and food incoming and outgoing systems crews and operator/maintainer teams in accordance with (IAW) Army Field Support Brigade procedures.
- Assist the Government in coordinating the transportation of systems and crews at airfields, arrange temporary storage for systems if required.
- Assist with host nation efforts to support systems in theater, including the use of host nations assets (such as equipment and facilities) when U.S. Government assets are not available.
- Provide expertise and assist military units, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition Logistics and Technology) representatives, and commanders regarding systems in support of the development of fragmentary orders, and standard operational procedures.
