Job Description:
The ATIS Learning Site Administrator will serve as the manager for the Customer’s Tenant of the Army Learning Management System (LMS), supporting 47 courses with an average of 2,400 students per year. The ATIS Learning Site Administrator has historically managed another LMS, and those requests managed user accounts and course content for an average of 500 unique users per month and resolved 30 LMS-specific helpdesk tickets / trouble calls per month. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as Site Administrator for ATIS Learning supporting technical task orders, group task orders, and projects issued through ATIS Tenant Manager or SharePoint Project Page (SPP).
- Manage user permissions; approve requests within 24 hours of receipt or send them to SPP for decision.
- Create Master Course shells within 24 hours of request.
- Assign Course Creators to Master Course Shells within 24 hours of request.
- Create Course Iteration from Master Course Shells within 24 hours of request.
- Assign Teachers and Non-editing Teachers to Course Iterations within 24 hours of creation.
- Provide software development and programming support for ATIS Learning.
- Deliver annual Distance Learning Program Improvement Report to Customer with recommendations for development, implementation, and documentation of Distance Learning program; complete implementation of approved recommendations within 48 work hours of receipt.
- Manage overall content of ATIS Tenant daily; make timely and accurate changes to information to support understanding of programs and new initiatives.
- Conduct requested redesigns of ATIS applications and deploy within 48 work hours of task posting to SPP.
- Respond within 24 hours to issue tickets on ATIS helpdesk system; follow up with customers within 48 hours of completion to ensure trouble/issue ticket resolved and complete tickets within scheduled time.
