Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing Quality Assurance activities under general supervision.
- Carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
- Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
- Documents and works to resolve all problems.
- Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
- Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
- Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Requires a minimum education level of a BA/BS (AA with 7+ years of experience will be accepted as substitute).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.
Responsibilities:
- Creates, submits, and implements Bravura Quality Control Plan to ensure contract requirements accomplished IAW contract specifications, including support corrective actions, conduct surveillance of contract services, and address internal work performance standards, productivity measurement, data collection subcontractor management, and accuracy of cost control data.
- Notify the Government of issues or potential issues that may affect performance within 24 working hours of discovery; submit written reports within 48 hours.
- Support regular reporting and meeting cadence, including Monthly Workload Reports, In-Progress Reviews; and Quarterly In-Person Reviews; address quality control results and whether quality standards outlined in Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) are met.
- Serve as Alternate Program Manager during absences of contract PM.
- Oversee implementation of quality measures during performance of all on-site technical task areas.
