Qualifications:
- Minimum certifications include PMP or PgMP; ITIL Intermediate; and IAT II Certification.
- Must hold a B.S. Degree in IT Management, or related field.
- Must demonstrate understanding of Army IT operational and technical requirements and advanced understanding of Army IT applications and network systems.
- Requires minimum 10 years’ experience management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate database, network, & communications sub-systems.
- Required Security Clearance – TOP SECRET.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract services IAW DoD policy, regulation, statutes, SOPs, and Best Business Practices, including ITIL.
- Provide contract management and services for reports or information mandated by DoD Policy, Regulation, Statute, other state, or government agencies; support requirements related to changes or additions to directives, regulations, or policy.
- Facilitate increases and decreases in support personnel requirements and manage staffing and service levels along workload fluctuations.
- Work with Bravura’s PMO to provide centralized and coordinated management of all services, including administration, resourcing, personnel and process management, compliance, and communications and manage cross-project dependences within Customer IT service areas.
- Serve as on-site POC to Customer and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the effort.
- Responsibilities include interfacing with Government management, staffing of tasks, formulating and enforcing work standards; responsible for creating personnel and project schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies to personnel.
- Verify that personnel meet defined objectives, provide timely and quality deliverables and services to Customers; verify IT services are provided in client-friendly and cost-optimized manner; employ ITIL framework to align IT services across mission, architecture, processes, and customer support.
- Provide monthly invoice report for review and acceptance of services for payment processing.
- Update Contract Management Plan on annual basis.
- Provide accomplishments, issues, and recommendations for weekly activity reports IAW staffing processes assigned by the Government.
- Provide Monthly Status Report to detail list of accomplishments; completed efforts; deliverables; conferences; trips conducted and attended; spending rates; and overall evaluation of performance and problem areas.
- Provide ITSM for total cost of ownership and perform basic financial accounting of architecture expenses and expenditures.
- Support planning of emerging technology and development of short and long-term IT plans to identify technology solutions, technology refresh opportunities, and recommendations to meet mission requirements.
- Oversee Change, Release, and Deployment Management to apply agile methodologies to all changes, releases, and initiatives.
- Oversee System Integration & Configuration Services to manage deployment of approved changes, emergent upgrades, and enhancements of GFE, COTS, and GOTS systems.
