PC Support Manager

Oversee work of PC Support Technicians and Specialists while performing help desk and AV/VTC/UC duties. Establish and implement PC policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure their conformance with information systems goals and procedures. Study and project PC resource requirements including personnel, software, equipment, and facilities, and make recommendations to management. Maintain currency in new developments and technology. Provide for the training of department staff and end users. Direct setup and maintenance of library and materials for end user reference and reviews department staff. Ensure that security procedures are implemented and enforced. Provide leadership in the effective use of internal data processing, automated office systems and data communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of Experience: 10+

Education/Certifications:

MA/MS degree, IT Level III, IAT Level II, Computing Environment [CE] certifications

Clearance Level:

Secret
