Job Description:
The AV Programmer – Associate will support events/conferences with multimedia requirements, teleconferencing, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support, and Microsoft (MS) Teams support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide on-site AV Support / Conference Support.
- Set up and test all requested AV equipment no later than 2 hours prior to scheduled event start time; ensure equipment remains fully functional for duration of event.
- Coordinate AV requirements with conference and event POCs and Customer Operations staff to ensure AV needs properly identified and supported.
- Complete and deliver finalized AV Requirements Checklist to Customer NLT 3 business days prior to events; confirm checklist with designated event POCs.
- Consolidate, index, organize, catalogue, and maintain all existing Customer photos and videos in central repository and provide Web-based search mechanism for personnel.
- Inspect AV systems in conference and breakout rooms weekly; deliver AV Systems Readiness Report to detail status of each room.
- Estimated support for 80 to 100 events annually (20 to 30 events over 150 personnel).
